To make your appointment online, please follow the following simple procedure:

• Click the word Calendar on the bottom of this page.
• Click the preferred month.
• Click the preferred day.
• Fill out the registration form and click submit.

Please note:

• You can make only one appointment per person.
• No information about your appointment will be given by telephone (info-line) nor by e-mail!!

You cannot change or cancel an appointment.

After the date of the appointment you can make a new one.
